Please inform us about your insurance changes before your consultation to avoid incurring charges for any services provided. Please remember that your co-payment, co-insurance, and deductible are due at the time of service.
For your convenience, Haynes Neurosurgical Group accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, and Discover. Please remember to bring your insurance card and photo identification with you to your office visit.
Note that patients without the insurance card are required to pay in full at the time of their visit.
